Refund policy
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Third Coast Soccer will not be able to return or exchange any items after 90 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt - no exceptions. Returns for currency will be charged back to any credit card that the customer used.  For checks and cash payments from the original purchase, a cash refund will be allowed up to $20.  Any other refund or remaining balance will be issued in the form of a merchandise certificate (gift certificate).
Absolutely no returns will be accepted on closeout and clearance items.  Exchanges will be made for sizing discrepancies only. In this event, if Third Coast Soccer is out of stock on any exchange for a sizing discrepancy, store credit will be issued. Any exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.Â
Absolutely no returns will be accepted for an item that has been customized. This includes, but not limited to, uniforms that require logos and numbering, jerseys that have numbering or player customization, bags with embroidery, etc. Please make sure that the item that you want fits or is exactly what you like before any customization is ordered. Please feel free to ask any of our associates for assistance.
All returns must be made with the original manufacturers packaging and be in sellable condition. We will be unable to process returns or exchanges for items whose condition we deem unsellable. Please do not affix any shipping labels directly to the manufacturers box, as this will negate any return.
Worn items will not be eligible for any type of return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for any shipping fees for returns or exchanges.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be taken from 3rd party sellers or the like. This includes defective product issues. Any returns of this nature will be returned to Third Coast Soccer with a 100% of the order restocking fee. Â
 **We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent the wrong item.**

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

For in-line or new items, Third Coast Soccer will accept exchanges or store credit exchanges for defective items.
Absolutely no returns will be made for defective closeout items.  A vendor contact number will be supplied to any customer to assist them in their return with the vendor.
NOTE:  Closeout items, by nature, are items that are no longer in production and, for most suppliers, have expired warranties.  For this purpose, some suppliers will not allow for any type of exchange, even on defective gear.Â
To return any Third Coast Soccer online purchase by mail:Â
1) Click and Complete the Return Authorization Request Link included with your order.
2) Please wait up to 48 BUSINESS HOURS for our acceptance, denial, or request for more information regarding your request.
3) FOR ITEMS WE HAVE APPROVED FOR RETURN: Package the item for return with a copy of the Return Authorization form or email and mail the items to:
